My name is Jake Penny. I am a personal trainer operating out of downtown Buffalo. To be specific, inside of Seneca One as of early 2022. After 9 years of experience, I have been lucky enough to work with a wide range of clients and many walks of life. My ideal client is anyone who shows up with a positive attitude, wants to be there, and wants to help themselves, so that they can better help others. As a lifetime athlete and lover of the outdoors, I love to find ways to channel the benefits of the gym into everything beyond the gym walls. 1 on 1 Personal Training
Whether it be the 30 minute, or 45 minute session, you will be put through a full body routine involving a warm up, free weight, cables, exercise bands and more. The workout will always be tailored to your needs and personal goals.

2-3 Person Groups
After an initial individual session to assess, you + a partner or two of a relative fitness level may join forces and we will operate through a small group workout of varying intensity to your preference.

1 on 1 Personal Training - Online
After assessing what equipment you have at home, and recommending potential additional options, we can be very effective. With use of facetime, zoom, etc, we will be able to operate through mobility routines, fitness routines, and have effective communication while keeping it safe from afar.

In formation, is an entire exercise library that will be available for various routines, stretches, and explanations for exercises and things we cover at the gym.
